Website — Privacy Notice & General Disclaimer
Context
SeaState Twelve (“SST”) operates at the intersection of maritime, defense-industrial and strategic advisory work, including the MYST platform family and the Blue Foundry initiative. Materials on the public website are intentionally high-level; substantive product, technical and commercial information is shared only under NDA and, where applicable, under export-control authorizations.
The two notices below are drafted to sit together as a short block in the website footer (one page at most). They are aligned with Swiss data protection law (revised FADP, in force since 1 September 2023) and the EU GDPR, and include the standard defence-industry protections: non-solicitation of offers, forward-looking-statement caveat, export-control reminder, and third-party-mark notice.
These are drafting templates and not legal advice. Before publishing, please have counsel (KD or external) review — in particular the controller identity/address line, the cookie/analytics stack you end up deploying, and the export-control wording against the jurisdictions you intend to address.
